On the boundary between the West Toronto rail line and the Victorian Roncesvalles Village, sits 383 Sorauren. Designed as a luxury boutique condominium, it brought a new urban feel to this west end neighbourhood. Its brick faces carved with deep rectangular recesses evoked a warehouse milieu. The interiors spoke to the neighbourhood’s rich industrial past as much as its future as an art and design district.
