Her entrepreneurial passion for real estate began with Urbanation. In 1981, she founded the company which is now the GTA’s authoritative source for real estate market information. Manling Lau / vice president, sales and marketing

ManLing Lau is a real estate industry veteran. Her experience and understanding of pre-construction condominium sales and marketing spans over 25 years. In her role as VP of Sales and Marketing, ManLing is responsible for MarketVision’s new and on-going condominium projects. Having successfully marketed over 80 condominium developments and navigated various market conditions, her depth of knowledge is without equal. Brodie Townley / director of development

Brodie Townley brings his invaluable financial banking experience to the world of real estate development. Having grown up in the industry, Brodie has first-hand knowledge of the business which has contributed immensely to his impressive sales track record. Brodie has successfully sold numerous projects throughout Toronto. In his current role, as Director of Development at MarketVision, he is responsible for new and existing projects, as well as managing future business and relationships.

A creative thinker and problem solver, she has spent the last five years in developing and leading MarketVision’s administrative team. From hiring and training staff to creating high-level reporting systems, Annie is an accomplished manager who implements new ideas to enhance the sales office experience and maximize the productivity of the team.
